PET TREATS WHOLESALE LIMITED (Company No. 07740321) operates petreatswh.shop as a digital planning studio. These policies define exactly what is — and is not — offered.
This site sells no edible pet treats, pet food, supplements, nutrition, medicines or veterinary products. We do not provide training courses, behaviour improvement or wholesale supply guarantees. Everything delivered is a digital layout board for ordinary non-food walking accessories.
Digital delivery
Purchases are planning credits, priced in USD ($). Credits are spent to render and download station boards and their packing notes. There is no physical shipment; delivery is the digital board file and component list generated in the Station Builder. Credits are added to a household ledger and remain available until spent.
AI image disclaimer
All board imagery is generated by an AI image model (gpt-image-2). Rendered pouches, clips, tags, towels, holders and leads are illustrative layout references, not photographs of specific stock or a promise of exact products, colours, dimensions or availability. Use each board as an organising guide, not a purchase specification.
Scope & no-food statement
The studio plans non-food carry and doorway stations only. Boards never include edible treats, kibble, food packaging, nutritional labels, medicines or training awards. We make no nutrition, food quality, health, training-outcome or wholesale-supply claims of any kind.
Payments
Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD, $) across the whole site. A payment provider is pending: no card details, checkout or payment are collected yet, and no charge is made until checkout is enabled. Any “checkout pending” control does not place an order or take money.
Refund boundary
Because credits unlock instant digital renders, spent credits are non-refundable once a board has been generated or downloaded. Unused credit balances may be refunded in USD to the original method within 14 days of a top-up, once checkout and a payment provider are live. Contact support@petreatswh.shop with your account reference to request a review.
Privacy
We collect only what is needed to operate the studio: the inputs you set in the builder, your account reference and any message you send us. We do not sell personal data. Builder selections are used to generate your boards and are not shared with third parties beyond the image-rendering service required to produce them. Email support@petreatswh.shop to access or delete your data.
Terms of use
By using petreatswh.shop you agree that boards are planning references for personal, non-food organising use, that AI imagery is illustrative, and that no edible, medical, training or wholesale service is offered. PET TREATS WHOLESALE LIMITED is not liable for how a board is applied to real-world equipment. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; pricing and payment are handled in USD.
